Youth Business International (YBI) is the global leader in youth entrepreneurship, leading a network of 50 enterprise support organizations dedicated to empowering underserved young people aged 18-35 to start, scale, and sustain their businesses. For over 25 years, YBI has combined global influence with local expertise to drive economic growth and job creation through youth-led enterprises. The organization develops and scales effective solutions including business skills training, innovation programs, talent development, and access to finance and markets. YBI serves young entrepreneurs worldwide through its member network, supporting aspiring business owners to overcome barriers and succeed. Since 2014, YBI's network has helped launch over 187,000 youth-led businesses, strengthened 284,000 existing enterprises, and provided entrepreneurship support to over 1.5 million young people, creating more than 1 million jobs since 2021.
