Safe&Aware is dedicated to providing support and resources to survivors of domestic violence. They offer confidential assistance 24/7, emphasizing the importance of healthy relationships and empowering individuals to seek help when needed. In addition to emotional support, they provide basic supplies such as clothes, hygiene products, and period products, to help survivors regain their newly found independence. Safe&Aware also focuses on empowering survivors through self-defense classes by developing awareness, assertiveness, and physical techniques. By combining support services, Safe&Aware plays a vital role in equipping survivors with the tools needed to protect themselves and rebuild their lives after experiencing domestic violence.
