Spawn Initiative

Spawn is offering young changemakers access to technology education, mentorship, innovation programs, and collaborative communities that equip them with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to build impactful solutions and drive positive change in their communities.

To date, Spawn has trained over 40 individuals through two cohorts and reached more than 1,000 innovators across Africa, India, and Brazil. We prioritize the quality and depth of learning over the number of participants, delivering impactful innovation programs, challenges, bootcamps, and workshops that equip young people with practical skills, mentorship, and real-world experience to build meaningful solutions and grow in their technology careers.

Our goal is to build a globally connected community of young innovators and provide high-quality technology education, mentorship, and innovation programs that empower the next generation of changemakers.
