The Obama Foundation’s mission is to inspire, empower, and connect people to change their world.That mission begins at home, on the South Side of Chicago, where we are building the Obama Presidential Center. But it extends to all our work. Obama Presidential Center Grand Opening
Week-long celebration beginning June 18, 2026, marking the official opening of the Obama Presidential Center. The opening will feature moments designed to inspire action both on campus in Chicago and across the world online.
