CoalitionWILD connects and equips the world’s young changemakers to tackle our planet’s greatest conservation challenges to create a world where younger generations are respected, valued, included, and supported to be active leaders and agents of change in creating a better future for the planet.
Programs
EXCELerator
An intensive six-month leadership and capacity-building training program designed to equip emerging conservation leaders with skills necessary to implement action projects for the planet. The program includes two cohorts: EXCELerator LIVE and EXCELerator FLEX. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Participants receive training in leadership, communication, project planning, community interactions, budgeting, and branding.
Global Mentorship Program
A six-month virtual mentorship program aimed at building collaborative and cross-generational relationships between emerging young conservation leaders and senior conservation professionals. Mentee applications open April 1–29, 2026. Mentor applications (new and returning) open April 1–May 27, 2026.
Capacity Building Workshops
CoalitionWILD collaborates with programs and organizations globally to provide their networks with youth trainings, tailored mentorship, and facilitated skill-building workshops customized to organizational needs.
