Visas Iespējas (All Opportunities) is a Latvian-based social enterprise dedicated to empowering young individuals by connecting them with a wide array of opportunities both locally and internationally.
We run a platform (visasiespejas.lv) that connects youth with organizations, projects, and events, making it easier to discover career, education, and networking possibilities. We also create our own initiatives to support young professionals in navigating the job market. Our efforts include remote training programs and the creation of digital tools designed to streamline the job search process.
Programs
Program Job Seeker Database A personalized job matching service where users indicate their preferred job type and industry sector, and receive curated job vacancies via email every two weeks. Users can modify their interests at any time.
Program Knowledge Hub (Darba ceļvedis) A career guidance resource providing information and tools to support job seekers in their professional development.
