Orius Campus
Nigeria
14. Wellbeing Initiative
16. Advocacy
Orius Campus empowers young Africans to become frontline caregivers in Africa’s mental health workforce.
Orius Campus has begun proving its model in practice:
- 100+ delegates trained across 8 Psychological First Aid cohorts
- 6 partnerships with student associations and community organisations
- 600+ members across active digital learning communities
- Ongoing in-person and virtual sessions reaching young people across Nigeria
Participants consistently report greater confidence in spotting distress, safer peer support skills, clearer understanding of referral pathways, and more willingness to engage with mental health support.
Our early implementation has demonstrated strong demand for practical, community-based mental health response training, particularly among underserved youth populations.
